not to be pessimistic, but the biggest initiative for bringing IM back was playoff teams that aren't dead if I'm not mistaken, and it appears at most only six of those exist + roster changes. not to mention a couple playoff teams that died midseason... if you could move up three open teams to IM that deserve to play in that division, fill in ~20 roster spots, make three more solid IM teams, and hope that there are open teams it could work out.

ubrrs played really well, consistently put out great damage and had some amazing DM. i think one of the best players at LAN that wasn't playing on SVIFT or Se7en.

unskilled and fygg are both amazing, fast improving players. daf has a lot experience, and I think would do very well on pocket. i don't think ive played much with wolsne, but he seemed really cool from my limited experiences with him. i think with some solid scouts, this team could be top 8 in OPIM, fairly easily. everyone on this team is smart and extremely talented.

another bump

very solid medic. consistently put out really good heals, healed the right targets, and had good ubers (FAT SOLOS). her fundamentals are very strong, commed most things well. if arrows were a weak point for her before, they're much better now; she takes her time with them and never spams them. survive-ability could use some improving, though i do think that was more of our teams fault than hers. however, i still feel that she could surf damage better and get a better feel for when people are looking to kill her.

as a person, she is super friendly to talk to, always available, and takes criticism well. has a really nice balance of seriousness and lightness in terms of attitude. she really adapted to our teams combo last season the more she played with us. if she can hit better surfs and predict bombs better, she'd be such a good medic. as it stands right now, her fundamentals are amazing, could definitely play high open/low-mid IM. and considering how she improved her arrows + great attitude, i have a lot of faith she can improve her other flaws as well.

something that really helped me personally is acknowledging everything that you're doing well. i bet they're times when you're hitting every shot, going on 3ks where you barely applaud yourself yet criticize yourself for a single, meaningless death. having other hobbies helps a lot in this area, too. basically, having the same negative thoughts about one game is very hard to overcome, so incorporate some positive thoughts in there and try some new things.

of course, you will still get frustrated, which is completely normal. this sounds really stupid, but honestly, taking deep breaths really helps me. and not letting your tilt spread to your team is also a good idea.

really awesome leader and great person to talk to. his pocket/scout is really good, and would do well in high open (assuming IM comes back).

what would 200% more air control on the man treads look like exactly? like, is it similar to booties giving more control with shields, where you can barely turn if you don't have them? rocket jumping already gives you a shit ton of control already. am I being retarded, i can't picture having 200% more air control while rocket jumping.
