So I've been working on a streaming playlist, and I just realized that I don't have enough songs or variety on my PC.

So here's a question to all the other streamers out there: what do you use for music?

Do you use last.fm or Pandora or something like that? It seems like this would give a fairly wide variety of songs.

I was also thinking about using turntable.fm. This would allow my viewers (all 2 of them) to directly influence what's played on the stream. Here, a big problem would be trolls. I can make the room unlisted, but twitch trolls could still get on. I could get a moderator to try to prevent this.

Maybe I should just keep doing what I'm doing and not have any music? IDK, every streamer (non-casting) has music so I feel like I have to. So what do you other streamers think?

They're still better at Highlander? Pfft, they'll just need to watch this upcoming UGC season. :D

Slow as hell? It's the smoothest cast so far on my end, so I'm pretty sure it's your connection.

Not related to skill, but it would also take more money to send 9 people to a LAN.

EDIT: Gave up on this, making a HUD from scratch.

So after broesel told me he was still updating his HUD, I decided to update a HUD that hadn't been updated in a long time. I chose this one because I mostly like the look of it (I plan on making multiple versions in the future, so I'll get one to how I want it).

AND THIS TIME I ASKED FIRST. I didn't want the same thing happening to me again.

Anyway, version 0.5 is out.

Changes from Revan_xp HUD v 2.3:

-Added scoreboard that can be changed in-game
-Removed CTF score on SD and MvM modes.

Bugs:

-Most of MvM doesn't fit in with the rest of the HUD.
-Original 6v6 scoreboard file which was originally used to swap scoreboards manually is still in the HUD.
-Many things may be broken in MvM currently. Hopefully fixed by ver. 1.

Why does it seem like Valve releases updates right before matches?

It's how I expect some captains would think. Also, add the fact that he's not really liked anyway. No offense, but it's true; you aren't well liked salty.

But a new channel would only solve half of that problem. The part about not being well liked? You should probably work on typing on forums. Your posts are often unreadable. No offense, just trying to give some advice.

Now, I'm probably derailing the thread by now, so... sorry. :(
