kirbyhookyOf course, I will be removing the snow if I make koth_warmfront.
It wouldn't be Warmfront if it had snow :P
I know, it's just comforting to see.

Scholaryou can also use dxtory to record both the game and mumble
OBS is more efficient. No reason to use Dxtory for TF2.
I think most people have few problems with Warmfront's mid, so I thought it might be worthwhile to make a KOTH map out of it.
I've noticed that there's already a KOTH version of Coldfront: http://forums.tf2maps.net/showthread.php?t=12589
I was thinking of pugging this and seeing if it's even worthwhile to raise the temperature. We tried last night but couldn't get people, presumably because of newbie mixes and people rushing to meet the ESEA deadline (if it doesn't get extended, that would be a horrible business decision). So I'm basically asking for your thoughts on koth_coldfront (essentially cp mid + yards, and then 2nd is the spawn area). What do you like about it, what should be changed, etc.

I feel that people have different definitions of what's good. Like some people think we should use winlimit, others think windifference.
KillingI'm ready for the smallest season yet.
SBARROHOTTOPIChookyMy sister got married last weekend, and I wore a suit to it:

do you know how to wear a suit
No, actually. Only time I've worn one ever.
I don't like how you changed the textures. The original ones were actually fine IMO. You're now using HL2 textures, which is something you should never do when making a TF2 map.
nerkulThey're still the same people who pulled the bitcoin crap, so there's no reason for ESEA scams to stop happening. Rapists don't stop raping, scammers don't stop scamming.
iirc the guy who pushed the code out was dealt with.
milehighmilitiaThe 2 seasons i have played invite have been $40, then $50. Can't wait to see it this season...
BUT YOU GET FREE PREMIUM SO IT'S CLEARLY FINE
How about using, well, all of ESEA in addition to using the news forums?
MerchantWait...
The pug system actually works? I thought it was broken.
Scrim mod is (apparently) broken
When is the open captains/anime meeting?
Can I add you fine gentlemen to my friends list as I am a captain?
If you have your account authorized on a computer, anyone will be able to play your games with this. At least, that's how I understand it.
Will Main still be a thing with so few players remaining in Invite?
Will these teams with offclassing Invite players get moved up to Invite to fill up spots? (Edit: Just want to clarify that I don't think this should happen)
Will cp_snakewater be updated to g7 now that ETF2L has updated?
ScholarCould ESEA develop a system to properly place new teams in the right divisions. Now that main has been introduced, the open division is pretty much for new players (and it does a great job at that).
Why not have a rule that if a team has more than a certain amount of players (say 3) that have played on main+ before, then that team gets placed in IM instead of open? And if they don't meet that requirement they get placed in open instead.
I could see that working for CS, but not for TF2. There's so many variables in TF2 that it would have to be a case-by-case basis.
Or ESEA adds a class thing.
Edit: fuck next paged
