I know that it is pretty late in the game, but the player we were trying out decided to play scout this season. In scrims we are beating or holding our own against other top open teams. What we want:
-Willingness to review demos, discuss strategies, work with criticism, etc.
-High open roamer play.
-Availability for scrims (we scrim usually tuesday through thursday, but that may expand to include sunday once the season really gets underway)

Also we have 6 paid (sponsor) so we basically have until the first game to pick up a roamer. Alternatively we could pick up a demo and sweet_tooth would roam, but you would probably need to be at least an IM level demo to make that switch happen.
