#14 A way to show weapon selection on hud? in Q/A Help

If you wanted to have a hud element that would show your current equipped weapon (primary, secondary, or melee), you could make a custom crosshair that has the actual crosshair element but has a 1,2, or 3 based on your weapon that shows at the bottom of the screen.

#13 Is it possible to innovate the HL meta? in TF2 General Discussion

The most popular and successful strategy is:

Medic heals Demo and Heavy. Focuses heals based on what is needed (mid range or close range respectively).

Pyro hangs out with demo and heavy to defend against spys, spam, and ubers.

Scout, Soldier, and Engineer play flank. If there is no flank to play (koth, some pl) soldier and scout become pick and cleanup classes.

Sniper pretty much roams and does his own thing. May support with jarate to start a push or use the combo as protection to snipe.

Spy goes for picks 24/7. A less common but viable style is what Evan did last season on bpm. Running around with the DR and spycicle and revolvering people to death. This in conjunction with a bombing soldier or scout running in makes for some very easy cleanup of anyone who gets singled out.

#37 redban demo LFT in Recruitment (looking for team)

Redban has some of the best pipe aim in open. His DM and trapping ability make him a solid pickup for high open.

Also he is a really cool person and good teammate. You won't regret picking redban up.

#1 LFT Roamer in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hey, I would really like to play roamer for a top open team.

My experience:

Soldier for current #4 team in Plat NA HL.
3 Previous Seasons of HL

ESEA S13 - Pocket for gettin cozy (11-3 when I was cut).
http://tinyurl.com/bexb6zb

I also pug a lot on pug.na and usually do pretty well on roamer.

Pros:
Spend a lot of time in jump maps, MGE, and DM. Focused on improving my game.
Willing to scrim often (highlander season will be over within a few weeks).
Being mentored by Phrakture.

Cons:
I always play on like 80 ping to Chicago b/c I'm on the west coast.
I have a bad image (rightfully so) for idiotic things I did in the past.
I sometimes get too aggressive.

Hit me up @ http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198046177462/ for a tryout.

net_fakelag and net_fakejitter are sv_cheats 1 only commands. They won't be applied unless sv_cheats gets turned on.

#8 How long on average do your matches last? in TF2 General Discussion

As always technical difficulties force matches to go long once in a while, but normally:

Straight roll top team vs bottom team: 10 Minutes
Average match 5-2/5-3: 30-40 Mins <-- vast majority of matches
Nail Biter: 60 mins. This means that it went into overtime or took a very long time to finish.

#22 soldier in Recruitment (looking for team)

Someone told me that he talked shit about me a few times, but idk about that.

From the pugs I've played with him he had good DM and gamesense. Good at protecting medics and knows when to get aggressive. I would recommend him for a mid-high open team. I haven't seen him rage personally.

#25 Team Diamond S14 - LF Players in TF2 General Discussion

Dude more than 4/7 of your time spent being alive in real life is spent with tf2 open.

Minus like 6 hours of sleep a night at the minimum, that leaves you with 252 hours in two weeks. 200 in tf2.

This is bad man.
