dalenuhas REALLY solid offclasses. defintely a player that makes a big impact on every match, has a lot of confidence and can make plays if he has to.
Every time jayytee goes sniper I have to play the most passive beta demo man I've ever played only because peeking this man mean's death.
Has a solid understanding on how to play his role and is willing to take hard criticism to improve his knowledge of the game as well as his role.
Enjoys looking at reviews w/ his team whether it's map or demo reviews.

addressing earlier comments on his self tilting, i would agree that he has some internal attitude issues.
Highkey if his team environment is solid/ has a team mediator of some sort, this won't happen when playing with him.
Overall is definitely nuts and deserve to have a solid main spot in Advanced, can't wait to see them numbers SCHMOOOOOVE.

What does a PUG group need to be successful?

Air_you need to hit the balance between goofy and serious, most people don't want to play pugs that are just troll fests, but people also don't want to try as hard as they can. at lower levels you need to make sure that skill disparity doesn't get out of hand because lower level players are going to stop coming into pugs that have higher level players there, because it is not fun to get stomped in pugs. you also need competent people running them who can ensure the above two things are managed properly, and then find people who want to play in them.
auur has it pretty spot on tbh.
