Zowie EC1 eVo stuttering when rocket jumping

Recruitment (looking for players)
Hello all, I am looking for an upper Steel/Silver Demo. I know that this recruitment category is mostly full of open players, but here's it anyways. I'm also looking for subs, too.
I need a player that has these credentials:
* Available on certain match/scrim days at 8PM EST.
* Good DM, and good gamesense.
* Someone that is dedicated to the game, and somewhat flexible.
* Someone that plays lobbies frequently (offers good practice)
* A player cannot miss >2 matches, but i'm more lenient for scrims.
* Punctual and not late. Someone that I can count on.
* Take it seriously, don't fuck around, please.
And lastly, to tryout I need to see some logs, but I know a player's good when I see one. If you can, you can show me some demos. But for the moment, I have a match tomorrow and NEED those two players. I don't even mind a player that will leave after the game. Just please, I am desperate to be honest. Immediately, you wont need to try out.
- I usually schedule matches on Wednesdays, and scrims on Fridays or Mondays at the same time (8PM EST). I usually tell my players if we have a scrim 24hrs prior to the event.
