AwesomegyMy OBS is set on my intel card, but I don't know how to see/change where my tf2 is set to run. Also whenever I try to stream with the game capture not only does it give me a black screen on the stream, but it also gives me a BSOD after a few minutes. This only happens when I stream TF2 with game capture. Other games work fine.
i would register an account and post here: https://obsproject.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5
people usually respond pretty quickly and are helpful
MR_SLINHi jodd,
It looks like you just got your stream up and running, and while I'd love to add you to the TeamFortress.TV list of streams, I cannot add your stream at this point in time.
We're looking for people who consistently stream TF2 throughout the course of a single week as per the guidlelines listed here: http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/1769-request-guidelines-and-format
If you want some tips for getting your stream added, check here:
http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/6317-teamfortress-tv-listings-and-twitch-tv-team
I understand that you plan on streaming more TF2 in the future, but your stream is simply too new. We want to see people that can consistently stream throughout the week, and so we ask that you bump your thread when you feel that you have met this requirement.
I look forward to taking another look at your stream very soon.
Thanks,
MR SLIN
P.S. I'm your first Twitch follower <3
i feel as if both my body and stream are ready.
i would just use it situationally as you would uber and kritz to have a balance/understanding of it.
also, i noticed tf2 isn't even showing up in games on the mobile twitch app.

aimstay away from mge
play dm instead
play the 3 classes they allow
play pugs at #tf2mix get a grasp on how some things work
make friends
make teams with friends and your tf2 competitive experience will start there.
no.
check out newbie mixes first: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/na6v6newbiemix - they happen on saturday evenings, i believe. your captain will be an experienced player who can further assist you.
on another note, watching the tf.tv (http://www.youtube.com/user/TeamFortressTV) and sal's (http://www.youtube.com/user/Fatmop) casts helped me out immensely.
PrototypesWhat grocery store do you work at? I have never heard of a 24/7 grocery store.
who do you think puts the groceries on the shelves? :o
one of the very few meds who play mix that have the ability to main call and effectively communicate. good guy for sure.

i've written up a comprehensive document based on pug.na's rules/guidelines that we will be rolling out soon. this will give all players responsibility and accountability for their actions, thus increasing everyone's mix experience. this includes outlining what is acceptable off-classing, re-implementing our captain restrict system, etc.
thank you to everyone for their patience and suggestions.
and yes, !add roamer & !add pocket are a new feature. shoutout to speedy and cinq for implementing this :)
kirbySo exactly what are the rules to running utilities then? Also what's the difference between me having done that with pyro and instead me doing it as soldier or scout? I have no reason to argue with you about it and I agree with what you said for the most part, on the exception of that. Would this even be an issue in this thread had I been a core class instead? If it's because the pyro has a seriously easy opportunity to one shot most classes in that situation, then okay I understand where you're coming from.
I understand newer players use tf2mix to help themselves learn the game better, but seeing as utilities are a part of the core game itself, it should really be clear what the rules are exactly with that. There's the obvious "don't run sniper all game" rule (which applies with all utilities) and there's some other common sense rules, but that's really all we have. If there are any other actual rules about it, it would be nice for everyone to know.
edit: I don't know where the minus frags are coming from on my post above this. It would be nice to know how I'm wrong with what I stated.
i think the minus frags are just from the brash context of your posts. we will be clarifying off-classing issues and hopefully implementing a general rule/guidelines document (similar to tf2.pug.na) soon.
