couch_sitterFireThe upper dvi port is your Motherboard port so it won't work with a graphics card. You should also Test different dvi cables if you didn't do yet, when it's defenitely your PC that produces the problem chances are high that the card is just kill.
The VGA port works fine which means the card should be working fine too. It's either my eyes or the quality of the picture, but that DVI port doesn't look healthy and so the card should probably be replaced due to the damage on the port.

This looks like some physical damage and if any of the tiny metal contacts in the individual squares are missing you're gonna get visual problems like the lines you are experiencing.
Yeah, thats what I thought was the issue. There is physical damage on that right side. I'll head over and get a new card. Thanks for the help
