- We will always write an explanation on the match page
- We send an email about demo requests.
- After 72 hours we will issue a warning on the match page
- The warning will show on the team page until the end of the season
- The warning will be emailed to the team
These steps have been taken Three times in Josh' case and four times in sorex' case.
And if people complain requesting these demos is useless because there is no way they are cheating, that's the point. They're great players and analysing these demos is a good exercise for our AC to see if their tool and knowledge can distinguish between cheats and proper gameplay.
And for sideshow, if you or your team didn't get mails about demo requests, scheduling matches or warnings, please verify that the correct addresses are filled at the dashboard. You have trialed as an admin in the past so I assume you have an idea how the backend of our system works.

Tobswagmachinei reported him to tf2center staff back in late february, seems like they still havent done anything about it. i'd post the emails if center was up.
I also still have 3 cheaters pending. Apparently one of their AC mods who still had to review stuff left the staff not long ago. Reports that he had to review still need to be looked at by other people and they are down a man now that he's gone so it's taking a while.
Your report and some of my reports probably were part of his to review
TERRY and I did AC works for NA and EU resp. at TF2Center when we were part of the staff.
After both of us left because of the DeutschLAN affaire we didn't look for replacements.
Problem is that both of us were working at the leagues (UGC and ETF2L) as well, so anyone picking up the task doesn't have the capabilities we had.
It sucks for the people that spend their time reporting the cheaters, but principles regarding TF2Center taking money from the community and pocketing it just broke off a lot of goodwill center had with its volunteers.

Spe0b4nnyThis beta is meant to fix the issue of getting abandons in matchmaking if not everyone disconnects from the previous game when you queue for the next one. Post any bugs you find.The lack of class limits is a very serious bug that needs to be addressed immediately!
I don't mind that, gives a challenging game in a lot of situations. It's the blatant cheating that's really putting me off. queued against an aimbotter that's seriously good in using it about 20 times the past week.

It's the unfortunate problem that only prem is required to upload STVs. The only way to get them from high playoffs is indeed to contact them or wait until they upload them on ETF2L.

TuryStadium is better in every single way. The only downside of it ATM are the bugs, which they are working on smoothing out. When the site goes live I'll never play another lobby on center.
The problem will be to convince the regular majority of the players. Unless center closes it's doors you will have people that use what they're used to.

Exactly, center got their player base by advertising and a great timing on TF2Lobby going RIP.
There is no reason to use this if there isn't anyone playing. How are you going to make sure that we are all going to use stadium?
