Can you check if you got the correct path? I made the same mistake and couldn't find the path for the active driver. I'm using CCC so in my case I can check it in the software info

Actually it is. Your provider has no influence on the performance of the network the server is hosted on nor the customer domain. Investigate those two, if they get excluded then you have a case to present to the provider to aid with an investigation

I thought the article missing was a bug? Why would the biggest comp news site block news about the largest gamemode in comp? doesn't make sense.

I've seen someone make posts about the UGC HL teams and predictions, which was frankly my only way to keep up with NA HL. Can't imagine they stopped the person writing those articles?

If it varies after playing for a bit, it might be that a cooler isn't working properly. Have you checked your temps before stuff crashes?
