A few things that help getting cheaters banned:
- Link to their Steam64ID - custom url can be changed at any time
Link to a lobby # - this allows me to grab raw logs and demos[
Keep the thread to recent offenders - the longer you wait the harder it gets to catch them
Don't make assumptions someone is cheating - low level players often have bias when reviewing demos
PM me on here, kkaltuu@tf2center.com or steam if you can't use our forums.
The ban process has been optimised slightly, involving UGC, ETF2L and Valve when a (competitive) player has been caught.

I'm going to assume that Lego was the one that brought him in, I'm basing this off all the evidence that shows that not only did Lego and Denial (plus a few others from Tree Forest 2, but specifically those 2) go around with Heavywhuppins onto pub servers and help him out while he hacked but they still continue to do this as of last week.

I don't get the hate about hosting tournaments.
Yes, it's hard work
Yes, it's ungrateful work
But once you get the hang of it, hosting cups like Ultiduo cup #5, Archimedes cup, One Night Cups, or even invitationals become easier and give the community stuff to do. Seasons are boring and take a LOT of commitment. Joining small cups give teams the time to develop themselves in a professional setting (officials) without the weeks and weeks of commitment of scrimming for one or two maps.
As for TF2 being dead, if it was I wouldn't spend the time and effort doing what I do at etf2l center or saloon. It isn't as big as CSGO or LOL or Dota for obvious reasons, but it is what the community makes of it. And from what I see at iseries, esea lans or even small cups is that there are plenty people willing to play a good game of TF2.

While it's true there is discrimination against homosexuals in parts of the world, keep in mind that this study is Dutch the Dutch are some of the most progressive people in the world. They tolerate marijuana consumption, prostitution, same sex marriage, and pedophilia.

NL softdrugs laws are stricter than NA
Prostitution is semi-tolerated in only a handful of locations in the country (Wallen and tippelzones come to mind)
Same sex-marriage is allowed in a huge portion of west EU
And fiddling kiddies isn't acceptable by law or socially, ever. As far as NL goes it's a zero tolerance on that kind of stuff.
