I signed up for steam at midnight the night it was released (or maybe its when they released the beta... cant remember). I actually didnt even want to sign up because i was so loyal to CS 1.5 that i swore I would never even try source. Pretty glad I did though... my little steam id is so cute.

Just for you waffleb... here are my secret steps to success:
1. Begin by dropping out of college at least 3 times... this will show your new employer that you have NO problem walking out on them. You are now an asset. Welcome to the company.
2. Take the available position as a receptionist and doodle on Post its... a lot. The supplies shortage will show your boss that you are bored, but filled with amazing potential.
3. Get promoted to tech support within 2 weeks - make the support department SHINE by voluntarily creating all kinds of docs for company products and stuff. Chill there for a year or so... you couldnt get fired if you tried.
4. Get project from CEO: Completely redo company website. If you dropped out of college before making it to that class... google your way through it.
5. Alright badass you are clearly WAY too good for tech support.. so take that next promotion and go work right under the CFO. Job description: company websites, marketing materials maker, product/software tester (includes a year of 15 hour days - no overtime), direct contact for huge ass clients, and most importantly, monitor of internet usage within the company.

**DISCLAIMER: I got lucky as shit... Following my steps will most likely leave you unemployed.**

Lord I have no clue... I used to be a social butterfly on the mic so I have heard pretty much everything - and to be honest the whole getting hit on in an ONLINE VIDEO GAME scenario gets really stale and annoying (especially when youve been doing it as long as I have). Nothing is original anymore... plus 95% of the time everyone thinks I am a little boy anyways.

Jumping by far... as cool as surfing is it is just so useless - you will only use you surf skills on surf maps. IMO jumping is more fun because you actually use some of the technique out there on the battlefield. Plus with surfing I find myself getting frustrated with things like lack of speed and those damn ramps that just stop you randomly - jumping relies on skill not mapping!

If it werent for the fact that the IP's would change... I would say absolutely. When MGE iT went down for a few months and it had to get a new IP it never recovered. To this day people are still surprised when I tell them its back up.

I love watching people fail... especially when they ask me for advice (lol). But I do love watching you fail a smidge more than other people. I will never forget watching you go through scorpion as soldier... you had the patience of a monk with that one jump with the electric squiggly lines. weirdo.

Never. I used to pub nonstop (i jumped from 600 hours to like 2500 in 8ish months) and i think that blew me out. Nowadays I don't even really enjoy playing anymore... ill hop on like once a month for a day and then I'm over it. If I did still enjoy playing I still wouldnt play comp though - I give new meaning to the term 'sore loser' and it would just be bad.

Surprisingly, I really enjoy watching competitive tf2. About a year ago I was joking that I should create a Team iT (since having a team is the next 'logical' move when you own 5 servers) ... coincidentally right around the time I had this idea I met cyzer and they were going through the whole eMg sponsorship ordeal - so naturally I volunteered to get the team to LAN via carpool in my civic. I was just learning about the sponsorship situation in tf2 and it kind of blew my mind that one of the best teams couldnt land a reliable sponsor. Then it happened again with Quantic... thats just bad luck. I always joked that I would sponsor them... but after realizing how much money I donated across all the teams fundraisers for the last lan, I figured it was better to back the team who (in my opinion) doesnt deserve to get fucked as much as they do. LG is awesome and I am so happy they have a GOOD sponsor - I am just providing that XX amount of money needed to get from LG's funds to lan - sorry if that didnt make sense... it did in my head.

As far as the servers... I was supposed to be a temporary Jump iT owner when the server stopped being paid for 2 years ago. I ended up staying the owner and slowly expanded to 5 servers.

Back when I was a pubbing maniac... this random guy use to play with us almost every night - he never talked or anything but he was really fkin good. We started talking to him and turns out this stranger was wonderland. I didn't know who he was or what trickjumping was, but after seeing his movies and watching him on Jump iT I was in love (with the art, not wonderland) - I am a pretty terrible jumper tbh... and never put time into getting better. Jumping is one of those things I just love to watch... and watching is how I ended up here today.

Whats up guys - I own the iT servers (Jump iT, JuJump iT, Surf iT, Bball iT, and MGE iT) and help run tf2jump.com. This season I am also helping sponsor LG (though in my head they are called Team iT). I have never played any competitive tf2 in my life... yet sit on these forums/natf2 all day at work. AMA.
