try starting up the game without your entire 'custom' folder. if the problem persists, and you've already verified your cache, maybe it's time to look at a reinstall of tf2.

I think it was 77 today in southern california, got a little tan on my neck, forgot to double sunscreen at lunch.
C_CookI selected the wings in the hudlayout but this shows on my screen:

I have no crosshair selected in the multiplayer options. I also used to use broesel crosshair switcher but i deleted it. Help?
change the size of your in-game crosshair with cl_crosshair_scale if you want it to be the size of the wings or change the wide/tall of the wings if you want it to be the size of the in-game crosshair. note that changing wide/tall would require you to change xpos/ypos to center it so that option is a little more work. also; some sizes of in-game crosshair just won't align with konr wings due to tf2's wonky default crosshair rescaling method, so if it's not working you might need to pick a different cl_crosshair_scale anyway.
TechniikI had to step down from roamer due to RL things, and Dota 2.
Mostly RL things though
TechniikI left to play Dota
TechniikI'm already comp in Dota after I started playing seriously

I don't want to speak for him but I believe he was asking for labels so he wouldn't have to try to remember what each of those numbers was.

EDIT: optimized for 1280 x 800 and 1024 x 768 specifically, no idea how it works on other resolutions. The hud and image crosshairs I have included have separate entries in hudlayout that have been pre-centered and labeled for both those resolutions as I have used both with this hud.
EDIT2: also, right now the background of the 3D hud character thing is an image crosshair so I can toggle it on/off with cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel 0/1, this is because I only use the 3D thing on spy to check mediguns, so I have a spy-specific image crosshair so my xhair doesn't change size when using the amby. It also comes with a toggle-able circle as an achievement crosshair, toggleable with hud_achievement_tracker 0/1.

Started out with KBNhud, moved things around, replaced the font with the one from yAhud, replaced scoreboard, changed charge bar colors, changed the buffed/hurt/low ammo so that it's the shadow that changes color, like m0rehud.
Why not put up a new poll asking what each individual player would like to pay for the first season of CEVO? People could input their own amount, you'd get more accurate data from the average of that poll, and it seems less biased (but I'm no statistician, nor a market researcher). You could even do a follow up question asking what they'd like to pay if, hypothetically (and hopefully!), in a couple seasons, CEVO completely dominated the NA scene and literally everyone in ESEA atm switched over.
I went and bought myself a Zowie FK, had already been considering it (was previously recommended to me by a friend) but Zowie sealed the deal with the tournament. Played with it for the first time, do not regret it one bit, mouse has been amazing so far.
KanecoKanecoI am having trouble creating my own xhair.
Since Im using Photoshop cs6 64 bits the plugin doesn't work on it and using the stand alone VTFEdit all I get is a pixelated mess, any tips?

With VTFEdit you're probably using the wrong settings; I was at first too. Try looking at these two links, these both helped with me tremendously.
DoD VTF Guide; much of this relevant for tf2
Facepunch Thread with some useful responses
Change the zpos of your hud crosshair (the one that you want on top) to a higher value. Zpos controls what "layer" of the hud the element is present on; in other words, how close or far away it is from you as well as if it is underneath or above something. Assuming you're using the green circle crosshair as an in-game crosshair with the method described in the "REAL custom crosshairs" thread it will need to be a higher zpos than the default tf2 crosshairs. Try a pretty high one.
