hayesi really like the third person camera angles. it'd be cool to see more of that on tf.tv streams instead of solely first person POV. that is one of my favorite parts about watching Shade cast matches, it's so much more fluent and clear as to what is happening, and it probably makes casters lives a million times easier; instead of calling every little detail as it happens, you can simplify things and it ends up being less chaotic.
what you see on stream is only the broadcasters pov who tries to catch shiny moments in first person where they look best. most casters use thirdperson or bird-eye to catch everything that's happening. static camera angles on stream usually don't look as good.
1 hour scrim per map

MouldCrenicusDo you guys like the idea of more gamemodes in 6s, or some changes in 5CP maps?
The answer here is that no mappers want to make AD maps, or really any different game modes for 6s due to the overwhelming negativity towards the idea
Not the whole truth, stopwatch gamemodes simply don't work well because of the time it takes to finish a map. whenever gravelpit was in the mappool people didn't want to scrim it for they could play 2 5cp maps in the same time. Same goes for payload, not to mention how badly it plays.
koth and ctf are the only real alternatives but valve's ctf is messed up (crits for winning team) and from my understanding it's hard to make an enjoyable koth map
considering ingame matchmaking is 6v6 having a transitional 7v7 format when the final most competitive format is 6v6 again doesn't make any sense

anyone still looking for a roommate?
looks like im a bit late and all the places near the venue are quite expensive
If you want a good option to point new players towards then organize newbie mixes. You can do this without programming knowledge.
PugChamp was never meant to attract newbies and teach them 6s.
Also: I can only speak for eu but anywhere near 100 players being added up at the same time is utopian dreaming here
I wonder how ETF2L would look if they went P2P for prem (with smaller fees than esea) while offering the same services as now and putting up that money (-server upkeep) as prizepot.
That way new players could be drawn in with initiatives like the fresh meat cup, they would play with the drive to climb divs (as people are now) and once they reached the top they could play for some money.
This is purely hypothetical though because following a structure (P2P or F2P) from the start is easier than switching.
PuoskariI have to update, I am so happy at the moment, I just went to shop with my dad, I had 0 anxiety, I wouldn't think at all how to be like or what I'm saying, people around me didn't make me feel awkward, I'm genuinely happy. I got proper anxiety medication. I didn't know my anxiety affected so many parts of my life, holy damn I can't stop smiling. =)
Also I really really want to and try to make it to i61, I can't afford it for now, but in the best case that I somehow get to i61 don't be afraid to talk to me, I'm friends with everyone of you =)
