why doesn't he realise everyone only played his cup to get a chance at free money and the 6v6 format is much more popular and objectively better
ThalashlettoE.g. Nunya went into prem playoffs as underdogs, won it, lost some games that season, but now they are a solid prem team.?????
The only map they won last season was vs 3/6 who were off-classing instead of folding
Exactly what i said, even tho they had a bad season judging by results they stayed together while playing good enemies and they've gone from a high team to a prem team (by skill). You missed my point entirely.
Inexperienced players will become good by playing against better opponents so a lower seeded team 'upsetting' one of the favourites doesn't necessarily harm the scene.

I'm not gonna assume the plans of some of these old school players, but these veteran teams have a history of quitting After a season so i think the argument that them being in prem benefits the scene doesn't necessarily hold up.
Also why is it such a problem to play 3 officials in one week for 1 week? The dates were announced early enough.
bearodactyl- huntsman is not good enough to be banned
I just wanna pick this one statement out, because i feel it represents the discussion if we should ban redundant weapons (not op, but annoying and gimmicky)
Someone equipping this weapon is making a bad decision, because in general it will do less damage than a sniper rifle in skilled hands. Nevertheless there is still a possibility someone equips it, and kills a player on first shot with very little skill required (hold m1, aim headheight, peek shutter, release). This is infuriating for the receiving end and rewards a player for a bad decision.
Imo random crits are an exaggerated version of this problem, someone could make a generally bad decision ingame but kill someone with a crit, hence we banned those.
Mecha_CopThis would be my ideal whitelist http://whitelist.tf/7177.
I agree with this whitelist, except i think banners should still be allowed as they are viable but not op. They change the flow of the game without making it more stale.
on a serious note: you cannot call a team with honey on it "just a mix team"
SinetilettoSinetito make a frag video, do you have to go through this* lengthy process or is there a more simple way?

you can just play a demo through lawena and record with shadowplay/fraps/whatever to make a simple, basic fragvid
the AVI recorder that was recently released (look up the thread on this site) also takes out the virtualdub step in the guide you linked if you decide you want to make a fancy fragvid
why do i have to play the demo through lawena? cant i just open tf2, play the demo and then record that?
you can do that too, but any fps config you are using is obviously gonna affect the quality of the product, using lawena is the simplest step that gives the most visual improvement
