ritalinmy badlands wishlist is to change all stairs to ramps and remove train tracks on mid and generally replace all surfaces that eat rocket splash (if that bug still exists, it feels like it does but i might be wrong - can someone confirm?).

I've been using an fk and a fk1 for more than a year and had a problem with neiter. Zowie always have amazing build quality.

i used in a dblmix to backcap as scout with the winger but i don't think it's hugely different from just hiding in the corner or behind the barrel

if you want to make it easier to push out of last leave it there. spire can be easy to hold if you deny captime and if a scout has to use the boston basher to get on it quick and eats some spam he has to drop

I see no point in continuing this discussion with a select few pubbers and hl players that can't comprehend that 7v7 is actually further away from pubs than 6s and logistically harder to accomplish.
How about we just have b4nny take the money so froyo can get to lan without a fundraiser and forget about this league when the second season without a prizepool anywhere near 4k is anounced? Meanwhile the 15 people in the tf2 playerbase that actually think this gamemode is good fun can play it all they want.

Our game will never take off and have a hugely successful esports scene unless there's a tf3 down the road, but part of what makes our game and community so charming is the small community and that you know the people you play with. With that in mind we should really keep the points made by GentlemanJohn in mind and put more emphasis on newbie mixes and stuff like the fresh meat cup in order to have a steady influx of competitive minded pubbers to keep our community alive.

FuxxReverting last point cap time to what it used to be is an absurd suggestion to make. If a scout sneaking by can cap it before you have time to react then this is an obvious flaw in map design and I am for one glad that this is no longer case. Keep the last cap time as it is.

I'm not too big on opening up balcony but w/e

that's why you check hiding spots, count players or leave a roamer on last

Chronic_b4nnyRather than making such extensive changes in the first version I think you should take a more incremental approach. There were only like 3 things that were universally agreed should be changed (forward spawns, ammo, clipping) but now you've introduced a bunch of new little features throughout the map and most of them are entirely unnecessary (new props/ledges, eliminating hiding spots, changing cap time, etc). Take it slow and respect the original otherwise you're only going to introduce more things that upset people.
The idea is, as you sayed, to correct major issues that most of the people here agreed on.
The fact that more props and features were added just allows the community to test it in the first phases of beta and see what kind of impact those sorts of little things have on the flow of the game. If people find it annoying and game breaking, it can always be removed and reverted down the line.

bring too many variables into the mix at the same time though and you won't be able to clearly tell the impact each had
