^ Given the fact that Valve balances around pubs, it's not surprising they nerfed stickies. Demo is still one of the best at dominating hoards of mediocre players, especially in a setting where scout is gimped by sentry guns, heavies, and not getting heals

last season (and I'm pretty sure every season) ESEA ignored head-to-head results and just used rounds-for as tiebreaker. Basically seeds should be same order they appear in the Divisions And Standings page

Yes, and it's not that unusual, season 20 had 1 9-7 team get in. Season 16 had teams making playoffs at 7-9.
I think all playoff teams will have 10+ wins though.
