Yes, and it's not that unusual, season 20 had 1 9-7 team get in. Season 16 had teams making playoffs at 7-9.
I think all playoff teams will have 10+ wins though.

Its pretty easy to make the U.S. look like a warzone when every aspect of crime is being blared by the media meanwhile violent crime has been going down since the 90s.
That's actually not true, violent crime has been increasing but deaths from violent crime have gone down due to medical advances
