clckwrkThe argument revolves around the coinflip and that "their team is used to playing on chicago." The other server was supposed to be on chicago tonight. Regardless, we pointed out on colorado that player by player the pings are perfectly even with shrugger spiking to 80 at some point compared to mine and ash's 60. If it's on chicago, their soldiers' ping advantage will be...rather significant. We just want to equalize the pings on the server at 40-60 as if it were LAN and we were all playing with 5.
They're not trying to maliciously gain ping advantage, but it's just a different point of view on what's "fair." The coinflip, or the even pings player-by-player.
Thats fine and I can't not agree with you, I'd be ok with playing on either server if it really came down to it and we could actually have an opportunity to play the next set, not sure why the ping thing became a big problem anyway because that seemed to be how we all felt. I'm just trying to address the idea that it's from intent to gain an advantage in a malicious way.
