i agree with everything here. i wish i hadnt played like 130 hours/2w for all my time in high school, it quickly devolved into an addiction. I wouldn’t trade the friendships I made in this game for anything, though. shoutouts to domthewhiteguy, donovin, glop, brokenpony, and cres.

Something important to consider: Imagine someone else who is a “pillar of the community” did the exact same thing. Sexually exploiting minors, engaging in the act of sexting, exchanging nudes, subjectively grooming children online, etc.
take b4nny for instance:
- similar if not even greater public shaming+exile.
- immediate removal from league play, permanently. you can make a case as to why he’s such a staple at this point that he would be pardoned, but I sincerely doubt any admin could gloss over this offense.
- demonitization on youtube and twitch, exponential loss in subscribers.
I have seen it a handful of times where Nursey’s sexual deviancy has been written off because of how they identify. It’s insulting to trans people to patronize them in a way where you’re essentially saying “that’s just how they all are!”
Nursey is a degenerate, sexually depraved, piece of human garbage. all of these things are independent of how Nursey chooses to identify.
