hats are important to tf2 i get it, but you cant deny the fact that valve gave a bit too much attention to the hats and ignored all the rest (thats why this game runs the way it does)
theres nothing wrong with making a little money on the market and having some cool unusuals, by all means go for it
i mean those people that basically stop playing the actual game and join servers to show off the whatever the fuck unusual effect they bought to get attention, who seem to spend their monthly income unboxing 100 crates at a time, that have 5k hours on the game but cant seem to do a single rocket jump

i can´t stand watching popular tf2 youtubers like muselk or strife or star, i can´t comprehend the reason for their fanbases.
I also can´t comprehend people who devote their time and money buying/trading pixels in a videogame.
When i see someone displaying on their profiles a ton of gold weapons and a bunch of unusuals i honestly feel he must be an idiot.

high level tf2 is a joke, apart from a dozen ppl that actually know what they´re doing the rest are just DM´ers that just follow someone else´s calls

dropping half a million on a tf2 tournament ? lol that would be so easy....

changing minmode in pvhud is crashing my game, i think they are trying to break the huds everytime theres an update till everyone says fuck it and uses the default shitty hud

this is what happens when this game doesnt get updated in like a month, people become wild

your router is the problem, you can limit the ammount of connections on the steam options

bit of unrelated question but the ppl that are crashing due to hud not being updated to mm do they get a hl2.exe error ? cause im using an old hud and ive been getting that error a few times not sure if it has anything to do with it

Added in-game match status UI
-> When using "best of 3" format, displays each team's round win count
Added team status panels
-> For your team, shows class information, health, and respawn status
-> For the enemy team, shows alive or dead status
Match abandon system improvements (competitive-specific)
-> Low priority players are now matched into games more quickly than before, however they will only be allowed to play against other players that are also in the low-priority system.
-> When players abandon official matches, the matchmaking system will now adjust their penalty time and/or method based on their history of abandoning.
-> If too many games are abandoned, the player will be banned from official matchmaking (e.g. Competitive and Mann-Vs-Machine) for a period of time.
-> For players that have a history of abandoning games, normal behavior (i.e. playing games to completion) reduces the severity of future abandon penalties.
-> When clicking the "Start Search" button, players and parties with low-priority status or bans are now shown the expiration date and time of the penalty (in the case of parties, the largest penalty).
Player stats and medals will now display for players that disconnect after the game is over.
Fixed a case where the server would sometimes incorrectly print that a player had abandoned the game - usually after the game was successfully completed.
Fixed a case where a party leader would enter matchmaking while some of their party was still connected to the previous match server, and they would become incorrectly flagged as abandoned.

i thought since they "abandoned" the 9v9 idea they would eventually remove the option to choose it, kind of curious to see its still there
