found a team, thanks
hi, i'm looking to play this season if there's a team out there who still needs a player.
if you're an IM team, i'd like to play roamer. maybe medic since i love the class, but i'll want to have played with you before. if you're an open team, i'll give scout a shot because i'm bad at hitscan and want to improve. my basher jumps are gr8 though.
i started playing comp in cevo s5 and have open and IM experience. i stopped last february and nerded it up on an mmo until i got top 100, but i've been playing again since august. i'm always available so scrim and match timing won't ever be an issue.
send me a request if you want to try me out:

same exact result as you
please return my eyes next time you're over
fsXDrunescape gave me 130 wpm
runescape was the best for unintentional typing training, especially for those of us too stubborn to use an autotyper when buying/selling things
do other mmo's apply? i figured it was because i didn't have to press enter to type and ended up trying to type while clicking around the game
LKincheloeStart with surf servers, that'll teach basic air strafing movements.
i don't recommend this, as servers like surf iT have heavily increased aircontrol over the default game
if you plan to play roamer, demo, or medic, you can stick with the trackpad if you want, as long as you use mouse accel. it's really a question of your physical setup. personally, i found switching from a couch/bed after 8+ years to a desk with the raised mouse just too different from what i was used to. (actually, i guess an actual bonus is the right side of your keyboard is more quickly acessable for binds)
however, if you want to play a hitscan class or improve as a player overall, then you're going to want to just force yourself to play with a mouse. pick a sensitivity that roughly feels right at first (don't keep tweaking it after the first day or so) and get as much experience as you can. if you used mouse accel, the big thing will be getting used to rocket jumping again, so spend enough time in jump servers until you're comfortable.
while the advantage might be of a different magnitude, it's the same principle of colorblind mode putting a jarate icon above their head vs just dousing them in piss. it's a feature that came with the game and i think it's fine to take advantage of it
maplestory had a lot of nice music, here are 3 of my most memorable:

I used pvhud for the longest time since it was updated timely, but yahud comes with way too many features (closed captions, map time, the new highlighted side view of portraits) already bundled with it to pass up
