That one of fogs crosshair, you can find it in your hudlayout.res its the third one down called xHairSpread3. To turn it on just change visable form "0" to "1".

Yeah that's why I didn't bother adding a bunch of those huds. Same deal with just changing the font.
^ I dont understand why people change 1 incredibly small detail and then call in *username*hud, i feel kind of cheated after making one legitly.
