Hey everyone.

I'm looking for a team for S15. I captained Wu-Tang Financial in S12 and S13 (both seasons went 9-7). This season did not turn out like I had hoped, but I've decided to complete the season out of respect for my teammates. I think that we've played better as a team since I went to medic, but we were in too big of a hole this time.

I have average leadership qualities, but I would like to see how life goes under someone else's direction. I have a tendency to be too soft when I need to have teeth, and that probably hurt the team this season (from a captain's perspective).

I would like for the community to estimate my skill level. I'm well aware of a number of problems in my game, and I'm slowly hammering them out now so that I can be a well-oiled machine in S15. (Note: in one month from now I might be a different player for the better - so if you'd like to slow play things that is cool with me)

Played against him a few times in pugs, and I think he's decent at what he does.

What I do know for sure is that he is putting in the work right now to actually become very good in the future.

Try him out - you might have a very good prospect on your hands if you do (especially since good medic prospects are hard to find).

Rigel is easily the best player on Rolling Start. reaL's been a good player for 2-3 seasons now. I've had no problems with boon the few times I played with him.

This reads to me like a high Open team, but I'll hold further judgement until the complete product comes out. Good luck.

If I'm paying hard-earned money (which is OK by me), then may we please have the tournament follow a double-elimination format WITH consolation games? Every team (whether good or shitty) deserves to have at LEAST 3 matches (two losses + one consolation) for the money that they're putting in. FITES got it right (compared to pittco) in this regard.

Huge zigzter fan here. I think next season will be where he finally breaks through and builds a great name for himself.

I think a tough pocket with a backbone will do this team a world of good. I also think that they'll need a "Cool Hand Luke" type as medic to help manage some of their stronger personalities.

Good luck in your search, hooli. You've been loyal to the BIG BOYS name for quite a while - even in times when the record of team wasn't exactly there.

I hope that a promising young medic (high open to low/mid IM would be fine IMO) comes to you so you can show him what it means to build a team.

PUGs a TON. Pretty nice guy as well. I think he fits in on a team in the top half of Open. I think he has some potential as well once he settles in.

My team could very easily start 0-2 this season. I don't know what "luck" you are referring to.

OK guys, I'm going to be doing the Pick Six and Rookie Watch in this week's column. I will also be doing a Bubble Watch which will glance at teams .500 or better. The Bubble Watch segment will begin after all teams have finished their 10th game.

The Rookie Watch segment this week will consist of a few interviews as there are no played games to re-watch and analyze.
