Was discussing the hotel info with some people and thought I'd give a little more info:

There's fast food and 24/7 convenience store walking distance from the hotel. After doing more research I discovered that contrary to what I was originally told by their corporate office, ALL rooms at this hotel come with microwaves and mini fridges. Their pool is outdoor but it's supposedly heated, and there's a hot tub. They also do a small free breakfast, so it's worth stopping by there on your way to the arena if you're looking to save some cash. I've also read that they can do a complimentary shuttle within 5 miles of the hotel, which Esports Arena is. If you're interested in that, it's worth calling/asking when you check in (say you're going to Downtown Santa Ana).

I'm working on officially how we're going to handle configs/huds so stay tuned for that. If you are competing in the tournament we may ask you to move pcs, but it'll depend how many teams we get. The $15 lan pass is for people not competing in the tournament and is first-come first-serve on available pcs when they aren't being used for the tournament (ie, Friday there are no official tournaments, so this would be in effect). If you're competing in a tournament, you don't need to pay for the lan pass.

There is no BYOC at Esports Arena. We provide all the pcs. You are welcome to bring a monitor and/or peripherals, but the pcs are all ours.
If you get a $15 lan pass you can play on any pc (on the floor) not being officially used for the tournament. Friday evening/Saturday late evening /Sunday are most likely times to find free pcs.
MenachemNRG and 20b definitely gonna be MIA. EVL probably as well, and we're gonna have to pull fundraising miracles to see JT. Plus I don't think JT has even played together since i58.
