more of a div 1 player tbh
if there is a gofundme for funeral and miscellaneous expenses do update, i'll be willing to help
this guy's definitely worth the pickup. it's been a while so i can't say he's as good as before but a definite team player who's capable of div2. receptive to criticism and good attitude
way to put your own teammates under the bus like that lmfao
everyone this is yari's first time on the production, give him some props!!!

sobig aka PASTA PENIS
very good medic, can definitely see him as mid div2 from what ive seen subbing for us last season
Lemmy421jayydo you stretch for every 2 hours of gaming and do pregame warmup stretches?
What kind of stretches would you recommend?

the ones around the 3 to 5 minute mark are the most important stretches imo. also you should do circles with your wrist (slowly, and not too hard. you're not looking for a strong feeling when stretching, you want to relax and loosen your muscles).
i recommend strengthening the forearm using this video

#10 is correct. when you only rest your wrist on the mousepad and not include the forearm, you put a lot of pressure on your wrist which usually fatigues and causes pain to the forearm too
when browsing the internet and not gaming, the same goes for typing but letting your wrist hover on the mouse/keyboard is important too.
when typing using your keyboard you should be trying to move your entire arm instead of just your wrists. this wears out the wrist a lot faster than you think
i recommend not gaming for at least 3 days (or at least keep it to an hour of light gaming) for now and solely focus on stretching. dont go to strengthening until you feel like the pain is alleviating and getting less and less with each day
