All great advice. It took me a long time to wrap my head around movement since it's kind of an abstract concept. Two things really helped me "get it" the first is that movement is positioning in action (ultimately movement is just about putting yourself in the best position you can relative to the enemy.) The second was understanding my movement from an outsiders perspective, watch how other people are moving against you and see what they're doing that's getting them killed. A lot of movements on scout feel like they're harder to hit than they actually are. Once you understand that it just becomes pattern recognition (knowing what to do and when) and practicing your strafes/surfs/mouse control until they're burned into your mind.

The only president in US history that was a genuinely good person. Gonna be a sad day when he goes.
Do people really want new weapons? The thought of having another vaccinator/wrangler/short circuit type item added to the game scares the fuck outta me lol. Balance changes would be nice, I doubt we'll get them though.

It's not weird, he had a bad few months. (which is more common than you think, around 1/20 people have bipolar disorder or similar). He also is fully employed and actively programming, you can see from his GH activity. He's working professionally on broadcast graphics, which he became an expert (in part) because of helping out with early tf2/toth streams. not to derail thread too much, but we should be proud of lange, not shy about it
Ah hell yeah that's good to hear. I don't know if someone else had let us know how Lange was doing but I'm glad to hear he's well. Thanks for the positive news.
Mentality and Kovaaks/DM being more entertaining to me than stalemates.
Was on the team for the first two officials. Said we should have gone main because we would roll IM, have not been shown otherwise even after leaving the team.
good mechanics and always looking to improve, a ton of potential especially if he can get a team that can lead him in the right direction.
Spam and traps generate too much value, ubercharge rewards defensive gameplay and popping 2nd, a lack of side objective (think valorant's ult orbs) or a shotclock mechanic means that parking the bus and never taking risks is a viable strategy when you're up a round. Offclass synergy (engineer pyro on gully, engineer sniper on most other maps) makes pushing a well setup last an absolute chore if you're not already running a sniper of your own. That's all I can think of off the top of my head but I'm sure there's more.
I'm sorry for your loss. Hope you are doing well.
Good pick up, clean coms and movement. Knows exactly what to be doing and how to do it correctly.
Nothing is going to get casual elitists to actually care about this game as an esport. We'd be better off just making our own game that resembles 6s than trying to get trolldiers/hoovies/HL types to actually put effort into TF2.
ok glad i'm not the only one who was getting an arm workout after opening the overlay. did that steam update today fix it?

Title. Trying to start a pug group for people of most skill levels (Newcomer and Invite need their own groups imo.) What should a PUG group have to be successful? Should the whitelist be stricter to reduce people's ability to throw? Offclassing rules? Let me know what you all think.
