#3 i need some advice in Q/A Help

You won't win at MGE until you learn how to repeatedly jump for high ground and you memorize all the splash spots. You are better off playing some soapdm if your soldier skills are what you want to work on.

May as well just play lobbies if you want to, though. They have a pretty low skill ceiling.

#42 getting a new sports car in Off Topic

The Scion FR-S/Toyota 86 is a real fun car. Once it comes in AWD (8 months of winter) with a turbo (there is room under the hood for it) I'll probably buy one.

Then again you lose a lot taking away that rear wheel drive. Also my '98 Civic Si will probably run for another decade.

#81 ESEA s14 Open Gossip Thread in TF2 General Discussion
MultipleEntendreThe only glaring omission in shlaner's post:

http://play.esea.net/teams/73290

Had my shit ruined by their scouts far too many times to leave them out.

Everybody will be so mad at Tankman by game 3 that the team will crumble

source: have you ever played with the kid?

#22 Cevo in TF2 General Discussion
BolshevikSo, is CEVO Open equivalent to ESEA-O? I play UGC Plat 6's, so would I be at a disadvantage? Really interested in trying out a new league that takes 6's sort of seriously at least.

It's the equivalent to ESEA-O in that anybody can play it

mebESEA's importance starts and stops at their ability to provide a LAN with a level playing field (one of the only well run LANs to exist in NA), so until you can compete with that they will remain extremely important for comp 6v6 TF2.

You mean "they will remain extremely important for 24 comp 6v6 tf2 players."

#2 NFO Server Options in TF2 General Discussion

Tickrate 100 causes bugs with source engine, everything is optimized for 66, I don't see how it could possibly be beneficial. Higher CPU priority only helps if they don't load their servers appropriately... which is always possible, companies want to rent out as many game servers as they can.
