"Criminal acts intended or calculated to provoke a state of terror in the general public, a group of persons or particular persons for political purposes are in any circumstance unjustifiable, whatever the considerations of a political, philosophical, ideological, racial, ethnic, religious or any other nature that may be invoked to justify them"
I would argue that every example I posted filled this criteria from the UN, while your examples would be war crimes.

Best mouse?

I wish there were more mice in general that supported having shitty massive hands. I use a logitech g600, not because of any of its features (the keypad on the side is pretty terrible + you will hit the top column of buttons regularly) but because the keypad makes the mouse itself go so high up that I never touch the mousepad while moving around

keep in mind: as of right now, a majority of eyewitness reports don't report much of any identity (or even speech, as most simply refer to them as "very calm", at most), and a lot of news media have been throwing out pretty wild and varied numbers
don't take breaking news at 100% face value, make yr own judgements
