ya but they can block off half the map til captures go through, i imagine they will have something where they gate off the entire map between cp2 and cp3 instead of just gating off the house area

In a limited 1v1 arena, mge type scenario, i feel like it's a soldier's fight to lose. If the soldier plays perfectly and hits every shot they will win every time. Scout v soldier is about forcing the soldier to fuck up and not hit their shots while also consistently hitting your own. Fortunately scout has enough tools to do that so that it ends up being more about skill and who can read their opponent better.

first person games are inherently shittier for casual spectating

a radar or map of some kind to at least show positions of teammates is almost required for anyone who doesn't know the game to keep track of the overall situation

3rd person views can give a better sense of the overall fight but then you lose sight of a lot of the actual player skill

1) civil rights and tolerance are two different things
2) tolerating all beliefs (that do not explicitly translate into action that violates someone else's rights) does not mean that all beliefs are valid and should be supported

The American idea of absolute free speech and right to believe what you want means that we (hypothetically i'm not american) must tolerate a racist's belief that black people are an inferior race and should be killed or enslaved, so long as they do not actually act on that belief. That doesn't mean that we need to pretend the belief has validity, or that we should support it.

Now few people would equate the belief in god with the belief in genetic inferiority of an entire race, but the point is that not all beliefs are created equal and you can absolutely disagree with and argue against someone's belief while tolerating it at the same time.

Edit: don't want to change the wording above randomly but to pre-empt someone drawing a line at racism because it is a belief about violating other's rights, instead of "belief that black people should be killed and enslaved" just think "belief that black people are inferior"
