Money is on a firewall blocking it then (on your computer). I don't see how else TF2 could get filtered out but every other game using the same UDP/TCP ports won't work.

A wireless adapter that uses your neighbor's internet could work, so long as they have better internet and don't clog it.

Maybe your ports are blocked? Can you join any server with any other source game?

More than likely though it's quota related.

If it's constant 200, your internet probably can't handle that upload. What's your max dl/upload rates?

FYI, you don't have www when you log in. Cookies don't transfer/aren't read when you use the www for your favorite. Update your favorite link without the www.

This crap happens to my university website. Don't use www unless you have to.

Defined? As in a list of all possible or where they are edited? They're in just about every single .res file if you mean where each entity defines its own xpos/ypos/fieldName etc. A list of every single one I don't know of, you'd have to look through the default HUD for all the names.
