I honestly don't think it's actually possible to make one point as viable as the other, since whichever team is most know for defending X point and winning against all other invite teams everybody else will attempt to copy it. But while people are still trying to figure it out, people will probably try out both points.

Map Discussion
Having more options doesn't automatically make a map better. I mean cp_follower has a lot of options/routes everywhere, doesn't make it a better map than badlands or granary.
I've never played ediface though so I can't say if it's better than gpit, but gpit is a pretty damn good map (unless your team can't handle the highest pressure and punishing map in the game).

Cinq had a system in place just like this that used #tf2scrim. It seems that it's not up anymore, but someone could probably just hand servers over to him and he'll run the bot again.

I like rotary switches, though knife switches are pretty close too. Toggle switches are fun to watch too if there's a high capacitance capacitor in the circuit.

Maybe going to UCLA. I really wish I could have spent more time at home with Browny by going to my local Cal State or even community college. I can't really think of any other way to regret not having any closure about him since he just was gone the next weekend I came back home. Damn I still miss him.

As much as I like the idea, I feel you are severely underestimating the work you need to do to get this done. I would consider knocking down the number of days and making it a longer continuous section of time (2x20 minutes with a break instead of 20-30). I support the idea, but I don't know many TF2 players who could actually do this for over 2 weeks.

For those who don't know the joke:
DukeNukemsDickrofl who the hell are these fools voting woot as the best demoman? At what point did smart play and good aim become overlooked in favor of random mouse flicking and laying stickies everywhere in between constant failed jumps on the enemy medic. Obviously a better teammate than destro or solid, who actually attempt to do damage rather than just cleanup garbage frags.
here is a fun game: download a woot demo or stv of his team and attempt to count the number of shots which are aimed. Place bets with friends in mumble over how many times he will stickyjump into the other team to make up for his lack of dming ability. I know it's tempting to spec sureshot carrying him but take the time to truly observe this demoman and try to decipher what exactly he is attempting to do for his team at any given time. and if you still think he is good go to steam, right click tf2, select "delete local content" and take up a mw2 gaming career.
