I for one, have never seen RoodY coach...
Every week we get more and more Newbies and not enough coaches to go around. Last night in particular, we only had 3-4 Coaches at any given time, we also had 2 Admins (Shredder and myself) and a beginner admin who had no previous experience in drafting, admining, etc.
The Newbie Mix Admins are very thankful for all of those coaches who are willing to come help out with those of you who want to learn about competitive TF2, recently we have been getting some very high level coaches that have come to help out, a big thanks to Zbryan and other coaches that have been regulars to Newbie Mixes.
To answer other concerns on this forums such as experienced players coming in and doing really well against the newer players, we can't always control this. Some players of higher skill level find it enjoyable to alias and play against people who are trying to learn basic mechanics of competitive. We have tried to combat this by introducing Newbie Pugs, but I do not know if we had an active admin patrolling that channel and getting these pugs started and running smoothly.
tldr
Sometimes we must resort to admins coaching when there are not enough coaches. Big thanks to all the coaches that have been coming out and to Zbryan in particular, hes been very helpful to all the Newbies. Some players of higher skill level do come in and play Newbie Mixes under aliases, we do not endorse this and have tried to combat this with Newbie Pugs, but this has not worked.
Still going on, but could use some more coaches!
Zbryan is here, any other invite coaches want to challenge him?
SnowyI think a lot of people who would be happy to help find that they disqualify under the coach requirements.
Yes, that is something that is brought up quite a bit, but the thinking is that 1 season of ESEA will give a player enough game sense, to understand general play for every class, not just his/her main. Although, there are some players that have multiple seasons of ESEA, that we don't allow to coach, but this is very rare.
Hopefully we can continue our streak of having Invite coaches come out to help all those that are new to competitive and willing to learn from the best!
Also, if possible, could we get this moved into an event? Thanks admins :)
Im going, and I am pretty sure OMZ will be there too
I know the Dallas LAN is happening sometime soon, just wondering when it will be happening and if there is a website with information or if someone could just post information about it. Thanks :)

I too enjoy confronting people on forums.
