I feel it's important to remember that at the beginning of s25, nobody thought Faint was going to make playoffs. They looked like a 6th place team, and even though they had a very good season and outperformed expectations, if rando didn't throw week 1 they probably wouldn't have made playoffs. Even this season the 35% deal was far from a guaranteed payout for the org, especially when you consider their sponsorship of an open team. Faint made a risky investment because they believed in tf2 as a game. Faint Gaming and Kredible have done nothing but good for this community.

So, recently I've been getting these really awful lag spikes whenever I play tf2 that I'm fairly certain are related to my college wifi. I've tried downloading a couple of different VPNs (and trying them out separately) to see if that would fix the problem, and so far I've had mixed results. I get generally fewer spikes but they still occur frequently enough to make playing competitively almost impossible. I'd like to know if there's anything more I could be doing and if there is some better VPN that people use.
