TF2: a brit beating his one funny remark into the ground

Serious esports b o y s

Serious esports is an oxymoron, let's not pretend we're a professional game with careers in this when we're not. If anything that's even more cringeworthy, desperately pretending to be deadly serious about competitive TF2 like the little kid at the esports table.

We're all here because we like competitive TF2, not because we crave serious high-stakes competition with professional-level coverage. TF2 is, at its basis, a game built on entertainment factor both through humour and potential for cool plays. Trying to artificially force "professionalism" into this game is not going to draw people in if it's at the cost of the entertainment. Whether or not you find the funny remark entertaining is another matter.

I think he was just taking the piss m8

Looks awesome. Well done and thanks! I've been harping on about a better mobile version for ages, and this fits the bill.

#88 Memories when you started online gaming in Off Topic

Haha Multi Theft Auto. Man, I remember when that was first released for GTA 3 and Vice City.

Good times.

I remember another one of my early games was the original Tribes. Funnily enough, my dad was the one who got me into games as a kid, as this and many other games were on his computer.

Not online, but my first computer to MYSELF was a hand me down from my brother when I was 7 or 8 years old. It had Red Alert and MechWarrior on it :D

#19 Light mice (~70g) in Hardware
clckwrkgo for the finalmouse the za13 is really small, like so small I think unless you have super small hands the little lips on either side will get in the way

I use the Ninox Aurora. From what I remember, the dimensions are extremely similar - only the ZA13 is slightly heavier

E: Aurora: 117.5 x 61 x 38mm ~70g (without cord)
ZA13: 120 x 56 (or is it 58) x 38mm ~ 80g (with cord I think?)

Caught between the Finalmouse 2016 and Za13 so far. ZA13 is a little bit heavier but perhaps better quality than Finalmouse, perhaps (never heard of it til now).

Thanks for the responses so far dudes

There's the ZA13 which is 80 grams - getting closer. Anyone use one and care to comment?

HobNobsI have a Finalmouse 2016 as my second mouse which is 74 grams. Has buttons on the left side too. I love it for hitscan / tracking / sniping but I can't get used to it on soldier for some reason. I don't know much about mice but I'm led to believe it has a good sensor.

I'll look into it - thank you!

How long have you owned it for?

DanceNumberG303 is god tier, some people don't like the shape, but i got used to it really fast and now actually enjoy the shape of it. Although its a bit heavier @ 87g.

Yeah I use the FK1 which is at about 90g, 87g may just be a LITTLE bit too heavy. Thanks for the idea, though!

#1 Light mice (~70g) in Hardware

Hi there,

I used to use an FK1 which felt really great, apart from it being a little too heavy for my liking. I went back to my Ninox Aurora and have had a really good time with it when I've been gaming. I'm just scared of it falling apart, and was wondering of any other mice that are similar to it in pretty much every aspect. Probably not going to buy it JUST yet, but looking at some options.

Important things:

  • Has to be close to 70g in weight
  • Mouse 4 and Mouse5 must be on left side

I couldn't really give a poop about the sensor, as I've used a Sensei for ages before the Aurora + FK1

I could potentially buy another Ninox if this fails, but it's always fun trying different mice :)

Thanks guys

If you play soldier, play more pocket (if you do not already) then you will have a much better understanding of how to play medic.
