Is anyone casting this, two of the last undefeated open teams, if there was ever a time to give open some love it would be now. Should be really close.
They're not the last two undefeated open teams, but this will be a good match that I will enjoy watching very much. If casters could be set up that'd be super amazing.
God everyone trying to take our teammate away go away candlestick :(
someone cast low open

lot of good matches this week. was tempted to make this one the MOTW but instead turned to budsquad's other match. both bud matches are going to be good imo.

renxzenwhy are ex-invite players playing in open again?
Sure they are offclassing but the gamesense it's still there. Also when they are loosing, they just go back to their invite classes and win the game (see powah from budsquad vs all in without allen).
I think it is terrible for new players to meet this kind of frustration, but hey that's just my opinion.

i'm sure you can go back and find the thread that talks about sandbagging and find all your questions answered there. none of those teams are unbeatable, least of all budsquad. their schedule hasn't been exactly hard.
and if its frustrating that other teams are better than your team, i don't know what to tell you. there are going to be teams that shit on you throughout your time playing 6s no matter what division you're in.

This is not a discussion worth having in this thread. They're in open. They play at an open level, even with powah on scout. If they were putting seanbud and cyzer on scout it might be a different story, but as is, they're in the right division. They could have played in IM just fine too but ESEA rules prevent it. At this point it's just whining and it's pointless.

I guess what grinds my gears is that if they win they are going to keep the 600$ prize instead of other actual open team.
A) THey're not gonna win the division
B) As the person on my team who pays for the server as well as the league fees and premium of some of my teammates, $600 is nothing, ESPECIALLY when you consider how much time everyone spends playing this game.
The money is a literal non-factor and should not be considered at all.

The money is not a literal non-factor. I for one don't play in open because I'm reluctant to pay the premium.
I thought we were talking about the prize money, not the fees.
Keeping someone from playing in the only division that they qualify to play in because you think they might win the negligible prize moeny is pretty silly, yeah?

600/6= 100 - probably around 40-50ish for $10 league fees + monthly premium = 50 DOLLARS WO

That's enough for a tank of gas! WHOAH.
On the topic of the match, this should be a great match. I still think The Meat Market will quite handily defeat Budsquad, but we will see.

MEAT 5
BUD 2
according to my advanced prediction algorithm

Since ive been seeing a lot of these threads lately maybe it would be a good idea to make a thread that people post on every week for matches that they are interested in/want to see.
I love the buds but predicting them to win would be dishonest.
MEAT 5
BUD 3
MEAT 5
BUD 3
This is probably going to be the most interesting match up in the regular season.
It'll be close, that's a fact. BroKing and Yeeegz are both really strong players. Powah's sniping will be the biggest issue at mid and last if the buds protect him. The sightline on mid is huge for process.
The Meat Market - 5
BUDSQUAD - 3

Yea that spadez guy is terrible, not like he made IM playoffs last season on the class he was playing or anything. Or in invite the season before that.
