You can remove mouse acceleration in Halo 1 with this command mouse_acceleration 0

I wasn't able to do it with the fusion coil (can't remember how to properly), but I was able to get there via this method, so it's probably still there.

There's a bunch of crazy shit being done with this, btw. They already have the lobby and main menu somewhat running. This thing is picking up fast and they are currently trying to get the game to respond to their (modders and people doing the eldorito project) server.
