"I just want to say this - PTR helped us tremendously. We truly believe he is the 2nd best awper in NA behind Skadoodle. However, when we said we wanted to explore options that included replacing PTR and myself, he was not happy about it. Things were said that we did not like and burned the bridge with some players. Had he not did what he did, we would still be playing with PTR. However, we have to move on and prove to everyone, like we did before, that we are going to prevail.
PTR is still our friend and will continue to hang out with us in mumble like old times, but we just dont see ourselves playing competitively with him anymore. I truly do wish for the best for Pete."

I don't really think he was showing up lately; if they can upgrade it could be a good move but I don't know who can awp at an international level besides skadoodle who was taken by C9.

he had like one truly good game and was very inconsistent throughout. and yea like ppl said with NA its skadoodle on a throne and below a lot of average awpers like shahzam and ptr etc.

Honestly the two ways I know how new someone is to the cs scene are when they start giving their opinion on ptr and hiko
If ptr is awesome and hiko is overrated then they don't know enough to formulate a real opinion yet.

AZK and Shroud both had good rifle control and were probably comparable in terms of mechanics, Hiko still brings more to the plate than either have.

The entire time that coL was coL and not C9, Hiko was the team's best fragger. Hiko was shit in the months before his quitting, true. You know who else was shit in that time? Semphis, sgares, n0thing and shroud. The team as a whole was playing AWFUL.
