I've always had a really weak jaw but I've seen a lot of improvement in the past month from weight training. I've found that a fairly dense stress ball between my teeth is a good way of building jaw/ chin muscle. I started with 20 reps a day back in early October, adding 5 reps every few days and I'm up to almost 150 a day. I f your jaw hurts try ice. Was wondering if anyone had other ideas for exercises I can do around the house to try and fix my tragic side profile? Any one had success with cosmetic surgery?
