All of these are an unfair advantage over others so I consider it cheating. I'd pick none. i'd rather be stuck at the level of play I belong than a level of play I don't deserve.
If I'd have to choose however I'd probably pick something like red because it's not as big of a cheat as some of the other pills and I don't play the game as actively as I used to

I think you messed up the preview in the OP so just edit this html in
(the image preview on tftv requires the url of the image itself. not the imgur page it's on)

DM is way easier to grind than intuition about the game, which you can really only get from being coached by better players or through sheer time dedicated to playing in pugs/scrims/matches.
