I can't claim to know yomps personally but from what I do know of him, he was a genuinely kind, selfless and multitalented person who was highly respected in and outside of this game.
Frankly speaking, I would have never taken him for being the suicidal sort but unfortunately that is oftentimes the nature of this beast. Depression is increasingly becoming an ever more prevalent issue with young men being particularly afflicted. If you suspect someone you care about to be suffering, do make the effort to reach out and lend a hand. If you yourself are stricken, do seek help.

I'm European and never been in contact with NA league but yomps was known as a pretty good public figure and I have to say I'm sorry to hear that he's gone. He was a good player and also a funny person.
