I actually like the idea of teams throwing maps for every round. Pool should include all ESEA maps, and maybe a few of the better retro ones (i.e. maybe freight, but not cp_ashville)
Otherwise it should be predetermined for every round except lower/upper/grand finals. Predetermined maps should be ESEA maps only, while the entire pool could include some retro maps.
Buy in should be $15 or $20. $10 is too little, $25 too much. Really think you guys nailed the sweet spot with $20.
