I hate hearing my own voice. Tried to get into TF2Center, so I installed Mumble. I had to listen to my voice, and I still cringed at it. Ended up uninstalling Mumble immediately afterwards. How the fuck do people tolerate this aside from prolonged exposure?
Honestly chief, I'd rather shit my own pants than be forced to listen to my own voice. But I'm pretty sure a LOT of people have at least some dislike towards their own voice. So I thought 'if everyone hates the sound of their own voice, then we're all in the same boat and it's not so bad'.
So at the end of the day: if you can hit wicked airshots and nasty meaties, nobody cares what you sound like. Unless you talk like a weeb, that's the only thing you're not allowed to do

You dont, it just gets slightly less bad over time.
I know people who work as voice actors and radio DJs and they all hate doing air checks and demo reels because they still hate how they sound even though its their job lol.

anyone that likes the sound of their own voice is probably a serial killer
your voice sounds different to you than it does to everyone else. you're used to the way your voice sounds because you're getting it internally and through your eardrums. when you hear a recording of yourself, that's no longer true.

but... mumble shouldn't be repeating the things you say back to you unless someone else is echoing.

this is also the same reason we dont mind mirrors but may not like pics of ourselves.

Had a bootleg audio setup for like 6 months my senior year of high school where i had to listen to myself for my mic to work. Got used to it after like 3 weeks or so and now it never bothers me.
I just got used to hearing my voice in videos that my friends made. I don't care anymore, and honestly people don't care about your voice either.

You can try to be more punctual, or annunciate more, obviously not trying to modify your tone in one day ( lol ) but being clear and professional can always make you appreciate yourself more. I had a slurry monotone voice for a very long time all throughout highschool and the harassment I got for it bothered enough to where little by little especially in comp I focused on just being clear or not as loud. Now that's just how I talk and it's not a conscious effort. Might seem silly but it's what's worked in my life :)
