I think for any high-level player who gets banned for cheating (like the thalash example), there should be a probation period when they get unbanned where they still have to submit all their demos/maybe even stream their povs with handcam or something

I don't believe in permabans but I also think people should have to prove that they care enough and have learned their lesson

At first I was also thinking along these lines, but it might come across unfair to lower div players if there are lower proof standards or shorter ban periods for cheaters in lower divisions. It is probably best to have the rules apply the same way to everyone.
