He could honestly also use a higher pixel density 4:3 resolution for the same game-play feel but better looking for the stream sake, this also would not impact fps as tf2 is cpu intensive and afaik b4nny has a rather competent machine so his frame rate likely would not change at all.

For example:
For 1080p looking visuals -
1440x1080 (4:3) which has a very similar image fidelity to 1920x1080 (16:9), or
For 1440p looking visuals -
1920x1440 (4:3) which has a very similar image fidelity to 2560x1440 (16:9).
These resolutions can be added using custom resolution utility or by creating a custom resolution within Nvidia control panel.
