idk man but i've got similar skin to him and it sucks and comments like yours secretly hurt people like us. I've tried basically everything but acutane at this point too. all sorts of face scrubs, nightly pillow changes etc. :/ So OP if u find the answer to your question please share! it'd help a lot. :)

ive had severe acne on my backside for about over a decade and just recently hopped on accutane. for me, and a lot of other people, it is a hormonal byproduct and not something that can be solved by any other treatment. i'm on month 4 so i'm not out of the woods yet but it's promising and i recommend it.
