I've found that windows 10 enterprise ltsc is a lot more bearable compared to the regular windows 10, though the powershell scripts or w10privacy or whatever are still needed to disable some of the nut shit you don't want

the only minus of using it is pretty slow update releases, meaning if windows makes a good feature, you are likely to get it way later than others

I've had enough on windows 10 and installed pop! OS in 5 minutes. Got tf2 running fairly easily and a benchmark shows similar fps values though tf2 looks better on linux (probably since I couldn't get LOD bias to work). I recommend.
