	-  not super relevant in comp because of cow mangler ban but remove all damage-over-time mechanics (afterburn and bleed)-- they're far too random and unpredictable for both the recipient and the attacker; these should be replaced with flat damage buffs
 
-  also remove all stun/movement-inhibiting mechanics (mainly airblast); keep the taunt + holiday punch stuns because they're funny
 
- fix iron bomber hitbox and give it to the loose cannon like it's intended to be
[edit: by "movement-inhibiting" in the context of the airblast, I'm talking about the air control you lose after you get airblasted; you should still be able to push people around (for stuffing ubers, duh) but it doesn't make sense how it turns you into a ragdoll with no ability to air strafe]

Yeah we definitely need the Loose Cannon to be overpowered again. I love catching a random 130 damage and dropping uber. :D
