rain's diced potatoes inspired by an old tojo cooking stream:

1. bake a potato in the microwave
2. dice into large chunks, then pan fry until extra crisp with a fuck ton of butter and oil
3. continue pan frying, adding a cheese of your choice, garlic powder, onion powder, and ham chunks (if you only have deli ham thats fine just use smaller pieces)
4. towards the end so the eggs dont get burnt, mix some eggs in there which will result in a scrambled consistency
5. by the time the eggs are cooked into everything else you have your meal
